| Max Working Pressure | Up to around 5,000 psi (≈ 34-35 MPa) in many models. |
| Max Liner / Fluid Cylinder Diameter | E.g. 170 mm (~6 3/4″) or 180 mm (~7″) etc. |
| Gear Type / Transmission | Herringbone gears, gear ratio ~4.2:1 etc. |
| Valves | API standard valve pots / valve cavity per API specs. |
| Inlet / Discharge Connections | Suction flange & Discharge flange dimensions, number of flanges. |
| Engine / Power End Details | Diesel engine model, power rating, speed, base / skid mounting. Suppliers sometimes include engine & gearbox integration. |
| Overall Dimensions & Weight | Substantial size/weight—many units weigh tens of metric tons. |
To ensure the unit works properly and lasts long, these conditions are important:
Clean, reliable fuel & engine maintenance for the diesel engine (air, fuel, oil filters)
Proper cooling (air / water) and lubrication of pump crankshaft, pistons, valves
Accurate alignment and mounting to reduce vibration
Ensuring mud properties (density, solids content) are within what the pump design can handle
Avoiding over-pressure and cavitation (good suction / net positive suction head)
Regular inspections for liner wear, valve condition, seal / gasket integrity
Warranty Period: 12 months from delivery or commissioning, whichever comes first
Return Window: 7-14 days after delivery if the unit is unused and in its original condition / packaging
Warranty Covers: Defects in materials or workmanship (engine, pump fluid end, crankshaft, valves, liners etc.) under normal operating conditions
What’s Not Covered: Damage from misuse, over-speed, improper mud (too abrasive or corrosive beyond design), lack of maintenance, or external damage during shipping
Remedy: Repair, replacement of defective parts, or full/partial refund depending on issue
Shipping & Costs: For valid warranty issues, supplier covers return shipping / parts; for non-warranty or buyer caused damage, costs borne by buyer
